The next morning, I received an email saying thank you and he will be in touch soon. I completed the assessment the next day and sent a Thank you letter to both hiring managers. ![]() After interview concluded, he said I was finalist and wanted me to complete a DISC assessment. The hiring manager seemed interested and starting to talk about training and pay. We spoke about the job and my background and experience. The following week, I received a phone call from recruiter to set up face to face as both hiring managers would be in town. At that time, he said he would give notes to hiring manager and will connect with possible next steps. The recruiter was pleasant and spoke about the opportunity.
